My Practice

I offer sessions in-person at Studio Fettle, a health and wellbeing centre in Humberston, easily accessible from Grimsby, Cleethorpes, Louth and Market Rasen.

I also work online (via Google Meet) or telephone and can be flexible in offering evenings appointments.

If you prefer to be outdoors, we can also do walk and talk sessions at a range of discreet locations across Grimsby and Cleethorpes.

We can discuss your preferred and most convenient time and method during the initial contact.

Initial Consultation

Following your first contact, I offer a free 20-minute call to give us chance to share a little information about each other, discuss what your needs are, and for us to decide together if I am the right counsellor for you.

We can then agree how you want to move forward, if you would like to start straight away or need time to consider starting therapy.
